* Govern and manage portfolio plan to secure and maximize value fulfilling the region mandates in alignment with central brand strategy; * Provide input and recommendation for portfolio prioritization and resource allocation, support regional marketing P&I planning and monitor and contribute to the ROI optimization; * Analyze regional market trends and identify regional growth opportunities, coordinate regional market access issues and support certain regional; * Support and provide input to StraCo, OPC and related budgetary processes, support Head of Portf. Mgmt on representing marketing at RMT and getting alignment on regional priorities with CMO; * Manage and ensure the synergy of cross-TAinitiatives and communication and contribute to best practices sharing and promotion at regional level; * Support RMD and Head of Portf. Mgmt on portfolio-related decisions and communication, work closely with marketing, medical, sales and supporting functions (KA, PAMA, Commercial) to ensure alignment on implementation and effective use of resources, act as window person when cross-functional collaboration is needed; * Act as the interface for co-located marketing managers and regional sales management team (cluster heads, RPM), Supports co-located marketing managers to resolve conflicts between CMO and regional priorities, work as a regional marketing community to drive marketing excellent while addressing regionalneeds

* Bachelor degree and above with related majors * More than 6 years experience in sales and marketing management in pharmaceutical industrial * International working experience and network * Medical and pharmaceutical related knowledge of relevant market segments * Strong strategic initiative and experts * Strong leadership and influence power * Marketing related competencies
