岗位职责：
1) 分析客户对工艺的要求，开发创新的系统设计和解决方案；
2) 积极参与挖掘产品需求，开发及优化功能规范文件；
3) 通过技术测试，与技术团队的紧密合作，确保设备技术可行性及与客户需求的一致性；
4) 在销售过程中提供专业技术支持销售团队；
5) 在技术复杂的项目中为销售经理、代理商和客户提供支持和技术培训；
6) 进行产品演示和中试设备测试，协助在客户现场进行设备调试；
7) 准备详细的方案和销售文件，包括技术规范、成本估算和项目交付时间表；
8) 为新的应用行业和客户开发新的系统布局，并为现有/集成系统提供技术支持；
9) 协调所有市场发布活动（与研发、销售和生产部门合作）；
10) 制定技术销售策略/商业计划；
11) 确认品牌市场推出的概念，包括使用营销工具、产品和价格信息以及服务和培训概念；
12) 参加展会和峰会，研讨会，论坛等；
13) 进行市场调研、竞品分析以及产品需求评估。
1) Analyze customer process requirements and develop innovative system designs and solutions;
2) Active participation in the creation of product requirements and functional specification documents;
3) Technical examination and collaboration with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs;
4) Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales cycle;
5) Support and technical training of sales managers, agencies and customers in technically complex projects;
6) Conduct product demonstrations and pilot plant testing both in-house and on site as well as commissioning at the customer’s facilities;
7) Prepare detailed proposals and sales documents, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines;
8) Develop new system layouts for new applications and accounts along with providing technical assistance on all existing/integrated systems;
9) Optimization and coordination of all market launch activities (in cooperation with R&D, Sales and Production);
10) Development of technical sales strategies/business plans;
11) Responsible for market launch concepts including marketing tools, product and price information as well as service and training concepts;
12) Participate in conferences and exhibitions;
13) Conduct market research and competitive analysis as well as assessment of product requirements.

3) 有材料加工、电芯生产经验，优先考虑熟悉干燥、混合、分散工艺的人才；
4) 熟练掌握工业设备技术原理，制造设备的设计，以及工业生产系统方面的知识；
5) 具备理解客户需求并将其转化为有效解决方案的能力；
6) 技术敏锐度高，能够快速掌握复杂的理论概念和技术；
7) 优秀的问题解决能力；
8) 愿意出差到客户现场。
1) Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
2) Proven experience in process engineering or associated process equipment in the field of material suppliers/ battery production (e.g. Project/Process Engineer at customer site);
3) Experience in material processing and/or battery cell production, ideally experience with drying processes, mixing, dispersing;
4) Strong understanding of process technology principles, plant design, and industrial systems;
5) Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions;
6) Technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies;
7) Strong problem-solving skills;
8) Willingness to travel to customer sites.
