Purpose of the Job：
Demand Planning Manager can conduct rolling 12M sales forecast as per historical data and statistical model, lead analyst to have cross-functionally collaboration with Demand/MKT team to reach consensus on S&OP forecast through monthly/weekly process. This position also closely cooperated with internal engineers, provide analysis and suggestions to enhance forecast process and modeling, improve forecast accuracy and efficiency continuously.

61 Lead monthly S&OP meeting, identify opportunity and risk in sales trend, reach consensus on S&OP forecast with Brand Managers, Channel Managers and other cross functions。/主持月度S&OP会议，识别销售趋势的风险和机会点，与市场部及其他相关部门进行协同达成S&OP预测共识，
61 Perform rolling 12months manual forecast on product/channel level, based on statistic forecast, sales history, inventory report and financial data./ 基于系统预测，销量历史，库存报表及财务数据，调整相关参数，输出滚动12个月产品级别的渠道销售预测
61 Weekly sales trend monitor to identify top gap and reflect the change in sales forecast./ 周销售进度监控，识别实际销量与预测差异大的产品并分析原因，及时将变化反映在预测中
61 Conduct monthly case study to drive key factor of forecast error, identify areas for improvement to optimize process/methodology./ 月度案例回顾，分析预测错误的关键因素并分类，识别流程中的可改进点，持续优化流程
61 Design metrics of forecast strategy based on regular analysis./ 定期更新产品分类，基于计划矩阵，实施差异化的计划策略
61 Launch projects to enhance dashboards and planning reports to improve efficiency./ 参与相关项目，持续优化仪表盘和日常计划报表的输出
61 Train internal and external team on Demand Planning process, to ensure smooth implementation on S&OP process among multi-national cross functions./ 定期向内外部团队提供需求计划的流程培训，以确保与跨国的跨部门协作，顺利落地S&OP流程
Qualifications: 任职要求:
61 5 years + working experience in Supply Chain management, Demand Planning & Supply Planning, with leadership background./ 5年以上供应链管理，需求及供应计划等相关工作经验，有管理团队经验
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, mathematics, statistics, supply chain management is preferred/本科或以上学历, 市场营销，数学，统计学，供应链管理专业优先
61 Skilled in forecasting methodology & algorithm, apply statistical technique to forecast./ 精通销售预测方法及模型，熟悉如何在预测中运用统计学方法论
61 Commercial intelligence about market, events and profitable indicators./ 对市场，活动及营利指标有深刻的商业洞察
61 Excellent communication skill, team work and cross-function operation./ 优秀的沟通能力，善于团队合作及跨部门协调沟通
61 Good data driven mindset, strong analytical skills with large data sets, details oriented./ 具有良好的数据驱动思维，对大数据集具有强分析能力，注重细节
