职责：
1. Developing and implementing IT strategy to supports the overall objectives of the company.
2. IT infrastructure management, including network, servers, storages, VM platforms, backup software, clients in office and shopfloor. Ensuring system reliability, performance, and security to meet IA requirement.
3. Familiar with project management, system deploy, information security and risk control, including base system, IT/OT, ERP, MES, OA system.
4. Know the emerging technologies and trends to recommend advancements that can improve organization productivity and efficiency. Evaluating new technologies and determining the benefit to departments and OP team.
