Responsibilities

- Support IT and Professional Service purchasing to drive cost effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Continuously analyzing market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements, value engineering, and alternative sourcing strategies
- Develop/maintain a robust supplier base, manage suppliers’ performance, on-time delivery and adherence to high quality.
- Ensure compliance and integrity to prevent any frauds during operation
- Ensure IT and Professional Service spend in compliance with related company policy

Qualifications

- Bachelor or above degree.
- 3-year+ experience on Indirect related spend purchasing, IT and professional service are preferred.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation/change management skills.
- Strong project management and data analytical skills.
- Process driven and with a systematic approach to drive process improvement.
