This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business users and the development team, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Business Engagement (20%): a. Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and requirements. b. Plan and deliver digital projects that align with business objectives. c. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the IT team. 2. Project Management & Business Analysis (80%): a. Lead project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. b. Conduct business analysis to gather and document requirements. c. Work closely with the development team to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects. d. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. e. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Minimum Job Requirements: Must Qualifications 61 Proven experience in project management and business analysis. 61 Strong ability to articulate and conclude ideas and thoughts in a concise and effective manner. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 61 Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and technologies. 61 Minimum of 8 years’ of relevant working experience 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin and Cantonese 61 Solid knowledge of insurance, finance business processes 61 Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
