主要职责: 1. Develop industrial sales 开发华南区(尤其是福建区域)工业销售: a) Develop projects with current & potential industrial customers 开发现有及潜在工业客户的销售项目 b) Visit customers and follow up projects. 拜访客户并跟踪推进项目 c) Provide pre-sales and after-sales service to customers 为客户提供售前和售后服务 2. Regularly analyze sales data to make sure all BU and stratgic objectives are achieved. 汇报和分析销售数据,确保完成所有事业部及策略产品目标。 3. Provide accurate monthly Rolling Forecast to customer service team & supply chain, and ensure OTIF service to customers. 提供准确的月度滚动预算给客服及供应链部门, 保证按时足量供货给客户。 4. Organize customer demonstration, seminars & events, such as Customer Innovation Day. 为客户举办示范会、研讨会及相关活动,比如客户创新日 5. Collaborate with R&D/marketing colleagues to collect market data to keep us in front of market trend. 与研发部和市场部同事合作,进行产品应用的调查和数据收集,以使我们一直走在市场前沿。
- Requirement:要求 61 Education:Bechelor or Master degree (prefer in food science, chemistry, biology or related major) 本科或硕士学历(食品,化工,或生物专业为优); 61 Experience: at least 5 years of sales/ technical experience in food ingredients business, bakery or patisserie preferred. 5年或以上食品原料行业的销售或技术经验,有烘焙或糕点经验为佳; 61 Language: good command of English in speaking, listening, reading and writing. 英语听、说、读、写流利; 61 Soft skill: - Good communication skill; 良好的沟通能力; - Quick learner; 学习能力强; - Good coordination capability; 具备较强的协调能力; - Flexible & resilient; 做事灵活而有弹性; - Detail- oriented 细心。
