Duties & Responsibilities: 61 Lead the global Supply Chain FP&A team, responsible for global monthly cost and expense analysis and control. Conduct variance analysis against targets, provide valuable financial insights, and support business unit decision-making. 61 Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency. 61 Coordinate the global supply chain financial budgeting process, create detailed factory schedules, and monitor workflow. Collaborate with local finance and supply chain functional departments to develop budgets for cost and expenses. 61 Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. 61 Presenting the operation's profitability, risks & opportunities, improvement plan to senior management. 61 Provide input to supply and production planning processes to optimize costs and inventory levels. 61 Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectives. 61 Design, develop, and enhance global supply chain financial analysis reports. Collaborate with IT to establish financial reporting tools, improving efficiency. 61 Other Tasks support SC Finance Director. JOB SPECIFICATION
61 Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, procurement / inventory management, or related field. Qualified accountant (HKICPA, AICPA, ACCA or equivalent). 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 61 Knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques. 61 Familiarity with asset management processes and procedures. 61 Good at oral and written English.
