Main Accountabilities：
岗位职责：
1. Support the Head of Boarding and Deputy Head of Boarding, regarding House rules, regulations and routines. 协助宿舍舍监和宿舍副舍监制定寄宿部相关的规章制度;
2. Supervise student waking up and bedtimes and at other designated duty times, including evening and weekends (on rotation). 监督学生起床、就寝以及在其他指定的时间里值班，包括晚上和周末（周末轮流值班平均1次/月，该岗位享有寒暑假）；
3. Register students each weekday morning, at dinner and before they go to bed at night. 每个工作日的上午，晚餐及晚上就寝前做好学生登记;
4. Daily contact with each pupil to build up a relationship, to provide a sympathetic ear and to spot when things may be likely to go wrong. 保持与学生每日良好的沟通，耐心倾听，及时发现有可能出现的问题；
5. Maintain active communication with parents of boarders in their care. 积极主动与寄宿生的父母保持沟通；
6. To be responsible, together with the wider House team, for the care, supervision, cleanliness, and presentation of students in the house, being aware of the school uniform and clothing requirements of students. 与宿舍团队一起负责起照顾和管理学生，监督其仪容仪表与个人卫生，按学校要求穿戴好校服；
7. Complete weekend duties and coordinating and supervising weekend activities when on duty. 完成周末排班的工作，协调和监督学生周末活动；
8. Attend to students’ minor medical needs and Responding to medical emergencies, and liaise with HoB/DHoB, school nurse and other staff concerning student wellbein. 跟进学生的轻微医疗需求，应对紧急医疗情况，并就学生的健康问题与宿舍舍监和副舍监、校医和其他工作人员保持良好联系；
9. Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the HoB/DHo. 完成宿舍舍监和副舍监安排的其他工作。
Requirements：
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 本科及以上学历;
2. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in an international education environment. 2年以上相关工作经验，有国际教育背景者优先;
3. High proficiency in spoken and written English. 熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力;
4. Good planning and organizing skills. 良好的计划和组织能力;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness and openness for an international environment in a Chinese landscape. 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，团队合作精神和跨文化意识。
