Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Senior Digital Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital content strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, editing, and publishing of all digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, target audience, and business objectives, while also keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, as well as excellent writing and editing skills. You should be highly creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for producing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver content on time and within budget. Responsibilities 1.Develop and execute digital content strategies that align with company goals and target audience. 2.Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely delivery of content across various platforms. 3.Write, edit, and proofread digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and more. 4.Optimize content for SEO and implement best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. 5.Collaborate with designers, and marketers to incorporate visual and interactive elements into digital content. 6.Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 7.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new digital content formats to drive innovation and engagement. 8.Overseas market experience, especially in Malaysia or APAC countries. Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2.Proven experience as a Digital Content Specialist or similar role in a B2B/Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. 3.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with demonstrated experience creating engaging and persuasive content. 4.Proficient in digital marketing tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation systems would be an added advantage. 5.Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines. 6.Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media content. 7.Solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 8.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to track and measure content performance.
