Job Duties & responsibilities
· Project management: Cross-team work and work with the service suppliers to build up and optimize DTC IT infrastructure.
· BAU for IT infrastructure: Handle and manage incident response & investigation, working with vendors and respective teams to efficiently resolve issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
· Manage Service suppliers: Manage difference portion of service suppliers, ensure the service and SLA meet DTC target.
· Provide technical solutions and ensure proper reviews of technical solutions to meet requirements for audits & compliance.
· Emergency case handling: Work with Singapore technical team or vendors, handling the emergency case.
· Other end user technical support works.


Required Experience and competencies
· Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering/Science, IT or equivalent.
· Familiar with general network technology, such as BGP/OSPF/HA/SSL VPN/port aggregation/WIFI etc.
· Good at design, optimize and maintain WIFI network for enterprise.
· Good understanding in firewall, and familiar to configure the security policy.
· 5 years or above experience in large-scale network operation, strong sense in cyber security and network changing process.
· Good experience in managing and maintaining Cisco, Huawei, Checkpoint, Palo Alto network equipment.
· Experiencing in maintaining IT network cabling system.
· Experiencing in IT asset management.
· Working experience in foreign enterprises or user role party background enterprises, good in English is a plus.
