主要职责: 1. Conduct regular inspection of two staff canteens according to the KPI, to assist supervisor to ensure the normal daily operations; 根据设定的KPI,定期检查两个员工餐厅的清洁卫生及各项设施设备,协助上司确保餐厅的正常运作; 2. To assist supervisor to arrange quarterly staff satisfaction survey, collect feedbacks from different parties and provide solutions / suggestions for management’s review to improve staff satisfaction. 协助上司安排季度员工膳食满意度调查,收集来自不同部门的反馈并提出有效的解决方案; 3. Willing to work shift on weekends. 愿意在周末轮班工作。 4. Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times; 确保无条件执行安全程序,包括危机管理、业务持续性及应急程序; 5. Ensure all works are compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards; 确保所有工作符合相关法律规定,例如消防、职业健康与安全等; 6. Undertake other assignments from superior. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求: 1. College degree or above, minimum 2 year’s experience in related discipline; 具备大专或以上学历,2年以上相关工作经验; 2. Familiar with the operation of soft facilities management, especially on staff canteen and catering service; 熟悉软服务设施,特别是员工餐厅及其相关设施的运作; 3. Good teamwork and strong communication skills; 具备良好的团队精神和沟通技巧; 4. Solid experience in customer service ; 具备良好的客户服务意识; 5. Attentive to details, result-oriented, customer-centric; 工作积极主动、认真负责、诚实守信; 6. Familiar with MS office software application; 熟悉微软office办公系统; 7. Good reading and written English skills, basic oral communication skills is preferred. 具备良好的英语读写能力,有基本的口语沟通能力优先。
