Major Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to customers, partners and subsidiaries. 2. Solve customer inquiries and answer customer service needs and complaints. 3. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards. 4. Input OE in SAP, review order book by weekly to meet customer’s requirement and make preparation for shipment arrangement. 5. Prepare OTD report, sales outlook, risk buy analysis, shipment report etc..
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, major in business English is preferred, passed CET-4. 2. Minimum 2 years experience in industrial customer service. 3. Familiar with MRP or SAP system. 4. Good communication skill. 5. Good in English written and spoken. 6. Hard working and initiative.
