Position Objective: To complete relevant company reports timely and accurately. Roles and Responsibilities: 61 Prepare and ensure timely, accurate reporting on Corporate Solutions businesses, including but not limited to daily production, KPI progress, contest/convention, monthly targets, operation reports, customer claim usage etc. as well as management reports 61 Prepare and generate regular or ad-hoc KPI/activity reports in a timely manner 61 Collaborate and support ad-hoc reporting to distribution team (i.e. Agency and Partnership Distribution) to monitor sales-driven business activities 61 Prepare, maintain and update documented procedures and functional specifications 61 Coordinate users’ requirement for report generation requests, as well as work closely with IT and Hong Kong team on implementation Financial and Non-Financial Measures: 61 Efficiency and effectiveness 61 Accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work produced 61 A good team player with the ability to work under pressure 61 Interpersonal skill Communication Requirements Internal External Internal Communication among the team on reports preparation and analysis Communicate with managers or above on ad hoc projects External Liaise with Service Recipients [AIA – INTE RNAL] 2 Minimum Job Requirements: Education & Experience 61 University graduate from Business school professional qualification 61 Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience in in data processing Language Skill 61 English, Cantonese, Mandarin Certifications/licenses 61 Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses Special Skill 61 Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment 61 Effective communication and interpersonal skills 61 Self-motivated and be able to work under tight schedule and pressure 61 Good computer skill. Familiar with Microsoft office applications especially Excel and Access 61 Sensitive to numbers and with good data analysis ability
