Purpose:
This position focus on product compliance, when execution new product or existing product change approval, ensure all the product performance and product compliance documents meet 3rd party certification bodies or regulation bodies, Report to ASCM product compliance head.


Responsibilities:
Review PMI (Product Material Information) and prepare product test plan together with Product Engineer.
Filing and submitting official paperwork required from the 3rd party certification bodies or regulatory bodies (CSA/IAPMO/DOE/CEC/Mass) to get the products certified and listed in accordance with project timelines.
Provide support and guidance to the development of product and package markings in accordance with regulatory and standard requirements.
Review technical documents and packaging artworks to ensure correct compliance markings and compliance statement.
Conduct periodic audits at supplier site and internal audits to ensure compliance.
Review Engineering Changes to evaluate compliance impact and determine appropriate actions to maintain product compliance


Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above Engineering related majors
At least 5 years of experience in product development, testing or regulatory compliance
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
