As a project manager to work in customer office to coordinate and deal with Alicloud migration projects and tasks in a team, while working with some technical roles such as solution architect, and cloud engineers. 2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation. 3. Manage changes to the scope, schedule, and budget through change requests. 4. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques report and escalate to management as needed. 5. Solid communication skills on English and Mandarin. Cantonese speaking is a plus. 6. Experience on on-prem2Alicloud migration for banking customers. Required knowledges and capabilities: 7. 10+ years of IT experience with bachelor’s degree or higher 8. At least 5+ years directly working as project manager role on IT migration projects or cloud projects. 9. Clear understanding of industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, including Network, Telecommunications, Datacenter, Server & Storage 10. Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope to a high quality. 11. Analytical with the ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks. 12. Good organizational and time management skills 13. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to drive consensus / set mutually agreeable goals. 14.
