Job Title: Sales Director, South China Region

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Profit Goals: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving or exceeding established sales, profit, and growth targets.
销售和利润目标: 制定并执行战略性销售计划,旨在实现或超越既定的销售、利润和增长目标。
2. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Support the company's sales and marketing strategic plans and closely monitor their implementation to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
销售和市场战略: 支持公司的销售和市场战略计划,并密切监控其执行情况,以确保与公司目标一致。
3. Market Expansion: Explore and develop new sales channels and market segments, initiate sales promotion activities, and continuously gather market intelligence and competitive analysis.

4. Financial Management: Assist in accounts receivable collection activities and oversee the annual cost budget to maximize the profit of the sales department.

5. Customer Service: Maintain close professional relationships within the group to provide top-tier service to all clients within the region.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales role
至少8年的销售相关经验
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the hardware and building materials industry, hotel industry, tourism industry, real estate industry, and related sectors.
具有五金建材业、酒店业、旅游业、房地产业等相关行业的工作经验者将被优先考虑。
Extensive knowledge of the South China market and its dynamics.
