岗位职责:
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Lead design projects from ideation through to execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet established goals and deadlines.
2. Provide guidance and support to designers, helping them develop their skills and fostering an environment of continuous learning and creativity.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, brainstorm ideas, and develop concepts that align with marketing strategies.
4. Develop and review design work, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that all designs are in accordance with department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies and procedures, polished and professionally presented.
5. Conduct research on design trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to inspire innovative solutions and keep our work relevant.
6. Take ownership by serving as the main point of contact for business partners, effectively managing assigned design projects.

1. Continuously improve design skills and capabilities through collaborative work and in-house cross-training.
2. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Collaborate with Creative team members to achieve optimal design solutions.
4. Stay updated on HSBC brand guidelines through active participation in training sessions and team knowledge sharing.
5. Prioritize the growth and improvement of the team, putting the needs of the greater team ahead of one's own.


任职要求:
1. Post-secondary education – Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. 4-7 years of experience in an advertising / design agency environment / in-house creative team.
3. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
5. Solid knowledge of web design HTML5, CSS, and web design principles.
6. Solid knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software.
7. Solid knowledge of print production.
8. Knowledge of emerging digital experience technologies is an advantage.
9. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
10. Mostly client-focused, with positive attitude; able to negotiate effectively, communicate at all levels and able to work well under pressure.
11. Strong passion for design and willing to share knowledge and experience, and great design resources, articles and other inspiration with others.
