工作内容：
1. 对新产品开发提供全程技术支持；
Full technical support for new product development
2. 制定项目开发进度计划，并控制项目按计划顺利进行；
Formulate project development plan and supervisor the smooth running of the projects
3. 与客户沟通交流，充分理解客户的要求，按照客户要求制定产品技术标准及包装规范；
Communication with customers and fully understand customer’s requirements, Set Product Technical
standard and packing spec. in line with customer’s requirement
4. 与模具，二次加工等供应商沟通交流，指导和督促模具供应商开发出符合公司要求的模具，指导
和督促二次加工等供应商生产出符合公司要求的产品；
Communicate with mould and secondary processing supplier , Supervise and press mould supplier to
develop suitable mould in line with company’s requirements, Supervise and press secondary processing
supplier to produce products in line with company’s requirements,.
5. 与生产及质量工程师一起完成新模具试模，打样，限度板制作，模具验收工作
Cooperate with Production & Quality engineer to complete Q-run, sampling, range board and mould
qualification
6. 协助销售完成新产品模具及产品报价；
Assist Sales dept to complete quotation of new mould and products.
7. 解决日常生产中的技术问题。
Solve Technical problems occurred in daily operation

任职资格：
1. 大专以上学历；
College Graduate or above
2. 3 年以上新产品项目开发工作经验；
Over 3 years new products develop working experience
3. 熟悉塑料模具结构；
Familiar with plastic mould structure
4. 熟悉塑料注塑工艺；
Familiar with Injection molding process
5. 熟悉常用塑料特性
Familiar with the characteristics of plastic for general use
6. 熟悉塑料产品二次加工工艺，如印刷，烫金，喷涂，电镀，焊接等；
Familiar with the secondary processing for plastic products, eg: Printing, hot-stamping, spraying, plating,
welding etc.
7. 性格开朗，有良好的沟通交流能力；
Out-going, good communication skill
8. 英语听、说、读、写流利
Fluent English in both oral and written

有注塑、吹塑制品产品开发，包装行业从业经验优先；
会用CAD，UG进行图纸审核。
