工作职责:
Responsible for :
1. Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market movement, supply dynamics, cost driver changes, trade and regulation trends, competitive updates, and other relevant key factors for selected categories, and initializing buying implications and recommendation.
2. Consolidating, tracking, and analyzing Performance reports, such as savings, cash, and other key performance indicators.
3. Coordinating and summarizing Procurement Competitive Benchmarking activities.


Duties & Responsibilities: -

- Under the guidance and coaching of category procurement directors and Associate Procurement Director Global OEM, Insights & Strategic Programs, developing the list and frequency of most relevant and important commodities for both Raw materials and packaging materials for market intelligence.
- Once developed and aligned, with agreed frequency, conduct regular market intelligence reporting and reviews with key stakeholders.
- Being the expert of external market intelligence platforms, such as Mintel and SCI99, and taking full advantage of these info to internalize our own intelligence portal.
- Keeping very close connectivity and sensitivity to all relevant external information sources, incl. but not limited to industry reports, social media accounts, with due diligence / validation.
- Conducting regular competitive benchmarking efforts under the direction from Vice President, Global Procurement, coordinating with category procurement directors and their teams.
- Providing meaningful conclusions and recommendations from market intelligence and competitive benchmarking outcomes.
- Consolidating, tracking, and analyzing Performance reports, such as savings, cash, and other key performance indicators, on regular basis.
- Directly working with, supporting, and receiving coaching from Vice President, Global Procurement for presentation and reporting materials.

Requirements & Skills: -

1) Strong analytical, spreadsheet and reporting skills.
2) Logical, curious, and with good learning agility.
3) Passion to learn, grow and being adaptable in a changing environment.
4) Non-negotiable high degree of integrity.
5) Good communication and negotiation skill.
6) Good written in Mandarin and English.
