Job Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets according to regional/project requirements; - Manage distributors to fulfill the sales target of reagents and consumables; - Actively develop instrument sales opportunities and complete corresponding sales targets; - Under the company's overall planning principle, actively manage/coordinate/mobilize regional agents/distributors and other sales resources, carry out/arrange regular product knowledge training for agents in the region, provide guidance, to achieve steady business growth; - Cooperate with the technical support department to undertake the technical guidance of some product experimentation; - Other affairs arranged by the company due to business needs.
Job Requirements: - More than 1 year of direct sales or channel management experience in the medical device or scientific research industry; - Bachelor degree or above, major in biology or medicine; - Good sense of customer service, work proactively, rigorously and practically; have certain independent customer development capabilities, public relations capabilities, negotiation capabilities, and certain planning and organization capabilities.
