Purpose/Role Summary: This position is responsible for Vietnam’s suppliers process validation & product validation of introducing DST (Diamond Seal Technology) Products from North America to Southeast Asia, as well as supporting local daily Engineering Sustaining work.
Responsibilities: 1. Ensure suppliers comprehend DST product requirements through design reviews and support. 2. Validate DST products producing in Southeast Asia can meet defined requirements. 3. Confirm Southeast Asian DST products meet specifications through on-site inspections. 4. Lead locals sustain engineering to enhance products and drive value management.
Qualifications 1.Candidate has 3+ years’ experience in product engineering. 2. A background in the manufacturing industry is essential. 3. Experience with design for manufacturability, DFMEA, PPAP, verification and validation testing are required. Be familiar with GD&T knowledge. 4. Long-term business travel is acceptable. 5. Demonstrate to work independently. Self-driven and problem-solving skills. 6. Good in oral English. 7. Education level – college or above.
