Main Tasks: - Expand market share and profit contribution in assigned OEMs, execute key account strategy for business development and pricing setup. - Work closely with key account manager in Japan for transplant business management and execute global key account strategy. Optimize commercial offer based on global setup to improve profitability. - Local connection with OEM JV in China to negotiate terms and conditions with customers in conjunction with legal, site functions under GKAM and Commercial Manager's guidance. - Keep close connection with window person in OEMs, retain intimate relationship with all levels within customers. - Support sites' payment collection and delivery negotiation whenever it is necessary. - Support budget process, improve forecast accuracy and complete assigned special projects related to business development. - Work as project manager to manage technology transfer activity and coordinate with R&D and site functions to ensure smoothness of new product validation and qualification processes. - Provide problem shooting support for customers before and after sales. - Coordinate, analyze and report market intelligence, customer update, competitor information through but not limited to customer visit report and monthly reports.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position: - Education: Bachelor or above - Language: Fluent English speaking and writing - Working Experience: 5 years or above related to automotive industry, solid project management experience preferred. - Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical, mechanical background, good communication skills.
