Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
●Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
●Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
●Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
●Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
●Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are met.
●Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business requirements. Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed.
●Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications:
●Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
●Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
●Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud technologies. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
●Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●Language Skills: Fluent in written & spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
●Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
●Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
●Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
Working Conditions:
●This position may require occasional travel.
●Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
