Key Responsibilities
85 Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-competitiveness and quality procurement. Including define and implement part family strategies,
85 Build/Enhance a strong and competitive supply base to support business profitable growth
85 Drive commodity purchasing localization activities with China + work closely with ZF global electronics purchasint team to jointly achieve competitiveness and supply chain resilience
85 Deliver material savings targets.
85 Build and coach strong purchasing team
85 Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
85 Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Requirements
85 8+ years of working experience in commodity electronics purchasing, operations management or product design. Global commodity leadership experience preferably automotive industry. Experienced background in a multi-national company;
85 Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
85 Strong pricing negociation capability with suppliers and proved results
85 Knowledge of sourcing and contract management, including drafting of supplier agreements.
85 Good command of English in speech and writing. Strong communication and coordination capability with global purchasing team
