Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the quality control processes for consumer products, electronics, and parts, ensuring they meet the highest standards and comply with company requirements. 2. Conduct regular supplier visits to audit manufacturers, assess manufacturing processes, and inspect products at various production stages, including PCBA. 3. Identify and address potential issues with manufacturers and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes for consumer products, electronics, and parts. 4. Detect quality and safety issues in the manufacturing process for various materials and electronics components. 5. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing-related issues and ensure product quality meets standards. 6. Manage customer complaints related to consumer products and electronics, conducting thorough failure analysis and developing effective corrective action plans and monitoring procedures. 7. Coordinate external laboratory testing for consumer products and electronics and address any customer testing issues that may arise.
Required Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Solid understanding of materials used in consumer products and electronics, including plastic, metal, leather, wood, and PCBAs. 61 Proficiency in manufacturing processes for consumer products, electronics, and quality control methodologies. 3. Ability to conduct comprehensive audits and inspections related to consumer product and electronics manufacturing processes and parts assembly. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create clear, non-technical, and methodical audit and inspection reports. 5. Familiarity with AQL standards and international safety regulations for consumer products and electronics. 6. Minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance and quality control management for consumer products and electronics. 7. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese). 8. Energetic, self-motivated, results-oriented, independent, a problem solver, and an effective team player. 9. Ability to work independently without direct subordinates, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
