岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:

监控生产过程数据，如OEE等以识别改善机会。
Production monitoring development: OEEs, Takt time.
组织进行小试以改进生产工艺。
Conducting small-scale experiments and simulations to test process improvements.
针对工艺过程中的不符合项目，领导开展根本原因分析并组织实施纠正措施。
Leading root cause analysis for process deviations and implementing corrective actions.
支持工程部门解决工艺难点。
Supporting Engineering department in troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
改进生产工艺以降本增效。
Conducting cost-benefit analyses for process changes.
对生产技术人员进行培训。
Training and mentoring production technical staff.
实施NPI过程。
Implement NPI(New products Industrialize).
组织协调以落地实施新工艺、新产品的投产。
Leading cross-functional teams in complex projects and new process implementations.
更新并维护过程参数文件。
Monitoring and documenting process parameters – Working instructions creation.
参与安全评估以确保生产工艺合法合规。
Participating in safety audits and ensuring compliance with regulations.
生产过程优化以实现现场5S、换型时间和改善项目的进步。
Designing and implementing process improvements and optimizations on 5S, changing over, Kaizan.
上级指派的其他工作任务。
Other duties may be assigned as required.

岗位要求：
Job Requirements:

本科及以上学历，材料成型及控制工程、高分子材料与工程或化学工程与工艺。
Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Material Processing Engineering or Polymer Chemistry or Chemistry Engineering.
至少2年复合材料成型生产工程师或技术工程师经验。
At least 2 years as production engineer or technology engineer on composite material forming.
具有一种或两种树脂基本复合材料成型工艺、拉挤、缠绕、真空袋压、手工铺层等的基本知识。
Basic knowledge on one or two resin basic composite forming process, pultrusion, winding, vacuum bag press, hand lay-up, etc.
英语四级及以上水平的英语阅读与写作能力。
Reading and Written English ability at or above CET-4 level.
熟练掌握基本办公软件。
Proficiency in standard office software suite.
