Job scope:
Strategic direction of the R&D department acc.
61 Evaluation and development of the future technical platforms needed;
61 Managing the R&D Project teams;
61 Managing the Test and Verification;
61 Managing the protection of all assets (tooling, test equipment, computers, content on
computers and servers etc.) belonging to the department.
61 Participation in the Gates (R&D parts) for ongoing R&D projects;

Request:
o Experience from working closely with customers to both understand user- and technical requirements and to suggest product- and system solutions;
o Experience from benchmarking and evaluating various technologies of interest and from evaluating competing solutions;
o 5+ years of extensive and documented successful experience from Project management of R&D projects
o 5+ years of extensive and documented successful experience from managing a Technical team;
o Experience from establishing and managing efficient Product-Life-Management(PLM) and Design Control processes.
