工作职责：
1.参与商业综合体、酒店、办公楼及公共建筑类等项目的前期方案和初步设计，完成负荷模拟及计算，撰写分析报告；
2.协助工程师完成给排水系统方案比选，技术笔记及方案报告撰写；
3.协助工程师绘制排水专业的图纸设计，输出专业报告及提供产品技术咨询工作；
4.调研，收集和整理市场前沿的给排水新技术；
5.协助解决工地现场问题，并参与施工现场服务。

职位要求：
1.建筑环境与设备工程、给水排水工程、市政工程、消防工程等相关专业本科以上学历；
2.有低碳、ESG及可持续背景优先考虑。；
3.有消防疏散、火灾烟气或流体力学仿真模拟分析能力优先考虑；
4.有数字化应用课题背景优先考虑；
5.熟练使用Microsoft office，Revit、CAD等相关软件；
6.熟练的英语说写能力；
7.良好的语言表达能力及沟通技巧；
8.良好的团队协作和服务意识，富有责任心。


Responsibilities:
1.Mainly involved in n schematic design and preliminary design for commercial complex, hotel and other public buildings; responsible for load modeling and calculations; complete load analysis reports.
2.Assist engineer to complete file notes and scheme comparisons to complete scheme reports.
3.Assist engineer to conduct drawings, work out professional report and provide product technical consultation.
4.Be responsible for collecting and updating of new technology of PD systems.
5.Assist engineers to solve technical problems in construction for clients; participate in site visits.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Water supply and drainage，Municipal Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with a sound knowledge of Water supply and drainage engineering fundamentals.
2.Knowledge or experience in low carbon, ESG or Sustainability is a plus.
3.Better analytical ability with fire evacuation, fire smoke or fluid dynamics simulation is a plus.
4.Background in digital application topics is a plus.
5.Be familiar with Microsoft office, Revil, CAD.
6.Excellent written and verbal English skills.
7.Good presentation and communication skills.
8.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
