主要职责: 顾客服务管理:监督员工提供的客户服务能达到公司的标准,收集来自客户的有价值的信息并反馈给品牌经理或产品经理。 产品管理:确保店铺在任何时候、任何区域都有足量的产品储备、品类储备,以提高销售的有效性。 形象管理:确保店铺的形象满足公司的要求并适应当地客户的需求和期望。 员工管理:协助部门经理进行店铺员工的管理,对团队工作进行安排,培训员工,激励员工,管理员工休假,管理入职离职员工的相关资料,解决员工关系问题。 销售管理:确保店铺每月销售指标的达成。 任职要求: 男女不限,大专以上学历; 具有良好的沟通能力,服务意识和销售技巧; 诚实开朗,有高度的工作责任心; 能够适应零售行业工作环境及工作时间要求,对奢侈品零售充满热情。 Job description: Customer Service Management: Monitoring that Customer Services provided by the section staff fits the company standards. Collect valuable information from customers to share with the Line Manager. Product Management: Making sure that the store has in every moment the right amount of product the right variety (item quality colour) and the right place (floor and stockroom) at the right time to boost sales efficiently. Store Image: Ensure that the store image is following the company standards but is adapted as well to the local customers’ needs and expectations (visual merchandising control of installations staff image monitoring closing standards...) Staff Management: Support and coordinate Section managers in organizing store personnel assigning duties training motivation to follow up, holiday breaks rota, all documents related (for incoming and outgoing staff), and conflict solving. Sales Performance Management: Ensure that the monthly sales target of the store is achieved. Job requirements: College education or above. Good communication, service awareness and sales skills. A strong sense of work responsibility, to be honest, and cheerful. To be able to adapt to the work environment and working hours of the retail industry, to have a passion for luxuries.
