The Role:

61 This position will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimize income and realize the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities:

61 Responsible for all work related to project lease.
61 Responsible for all asset management related matters of the project.
61 Implement effective leasing plan to achieve the maximum occupancy rate at competitive market prices.
61 Manage the leasing of projects, including the negotiation of lease-related documents (letter of intent, contract, etc.), tenant management and monitor of lease payment.
61 Assist to establish relationship between tenant and management.
61 Lead market research and complete relevant analysis reports; Conduct market survey to ensure service standards.
61 Other relevant or temporary tasks require by HOD and company.

Job Requirements：

61 Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent.
61 At least 3 years of experience in asset management with good knowledge of the local markets.
61 A good team player, possess a high level of initiative, hands-on, resourceful, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
61 Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
