Position Overview: To develop and implement business plans for Woodworking Panel and Composite market to ensure objectives and budgets are met, the regional focus will be West South China. This position will be reported to China Sales Manager. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and grow sales and profitability in the territory of responsibility. 2. Identify and satisfied customers needs and provide value-added solutions so that new business can be gained or lost ones recovered. 3. Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of existing and potential customers. 4. Provide technical service, including trouble-shouting and application training, on-site to customers. 5. Support customers in trials, orders, and daily uses of H.B. Fuller products. 6. Provide accurate forecast of customer demand on different products to operations on time. 7. Collect all payments when they’re due; Help financial dept. to control credits to customers so that no bad debts occur. 8. Work with other machine/applicator/raw material suppliers to identify new opportunities and capture them. 9. Others as assigned. Minimum Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree is necessary. 2. At least 5 years working experience with chemical、Woodworking or Woodworking machine or material market field. 3. Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets. 4. Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable. 5. Strong drive to excel. 6. Value selling mind set. 7. English reading & Writing skill is plus.
