Work Content: 1. Responsible for the sales management of the company's brand on e-commerce channels Alibaba International, Made in China, and various social media, and lead the team to achieve the annual sales target. 2. Participate in the formulation of the company's domestic and international marketing strategies, and formulate the company's product marketing mix strategy and marketing plan according to the marketing strategies and business segments. 3. According to the company's annual strategic plan and performance targets, break down the monthly task indicators and develop the implementation plan. 4. Plan and expand e-commerce market channels, develop online store promotion plan and advertising plan, and effectively control costs. 5. Maintain existing sales channels, develop new channels, establish distributor system and system. 6. Continuously master distributors, monitor and standardize distributor behaviors, and conduct distributor appraisal. 7. Responsible for product management, including product pricing, determination of main products to be promoted, and cooperation for promotion. 8. Handle orders and customer issues in time to improve customer satisfaction. 9. Master the feed back of users and customers in a timely manner, research and analyze users and customers' requirements, and extract operation strategies that are conducive to online development. 10. Understand the market trends and changes of cross-border e-commerce, obtain information about competitors, and develop countermeasures. 11. Responsible for team building, training, guidance and management, improve team sales capability. 12. Develop and execute sales incentive strategies to motivate the team. C Q requirements: 1. Age: 30-40 years old, college degree or above, major in E-commerce, marketing, advertising, international trade preferred, fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing, communication barrier-free. 2. More than 5 years of e-commerce working experience, more than 3 years of independent operation of large and medium-sized e-commerce platform (team leadership). 3. Familiar with e-commerce platform, especially Alibaba International. Made in China, the operation processes and rules of various social media websites, and rich e-commerce expertise and strategic foresight. 4. Excellent ability of resource integration, business promotion and teamwork. 5. Strong marketing planning, market development, channel building, business negotiation skills and practical experience. 6. Passionate, open-up ability, have strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationship handling ability. 7. Have a deep understanding and cognition of network marketing, have strong analytical ability, management ability, coordination ability, logical thinking ability and market insight. 8.
