1. Take full responsibilities for recruitment of assigned positions independently and make sure the recruitment processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. 负责所分配岗位的招聘工作,确保招聘流程顺利高效地进行。 2. Analyst data and implement process improvements across the recruitment function. 分析数据并在招聘部门实施流程改进。 3. Ensure employee journey to be a great through onboarding experience and employment relation management. 深入了解所负责部门业务与人员发展状况,及融入工作情况,实施日常员工沟通:如新进导入、文化辅导、转正面谈等。 4. Partner with all departments to drive HR strategies and implement HR programs. 与各部门合作推动人力资源战略并实施人力资源计划。 5. Responsible for employee labor contract and employee file management. 负责员工劳动合同及员工档案管理。 6. Promote the formation and dissemination of values and corporate culture, organize employee activities. 推动公司理念及企业文化的形成和传播,组织员工活动。 7. HR reporting and system maintenance. 人力资源报告和系统维护。 8. Other jobs assigned by line manager. 部门经理安排的其他工作。
【Job Requirements】 1. Full time bachelor's degree or above. 全日制本科及以上学历。 2. Minimum 3 year experience in related recruitment experience. 3年以上相关招聘工作经验。 3. Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes. 扎实的人力资源运作知识,熟悉劳动法和常见的人力资源流程。 4. Strong sense of responsibilities, excellent time-management and problem-solving skills. 强烈的责任感,优秀的时间管理和解决问题的能力。 5. Self-driven, good interpersonal and communication skill. 自我驱动,良好的人际关系和沟通能力。 6. Proficiency in reading and writing English is essential. 英文读写流利。
