Responsibilities: 1. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, business strategy and requirements. 2. Build and improve our talent pipeline through talent mapping, research, referrals and so on. 3. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process management, including resume screening, cv recommendation, recruitment evaluation, recruitment process optimization, etc. 4. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. At least 4 years’ experience as a recruitment specialist, familiar with IT industry, preferably in a service or multinational environment. 3. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. 4. Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to build strong client relationships. 5. Client focused with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility. 6. Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands.
