1. Responsible for the RF circuit design, development, evaluation and analysis, applying radio frequency engineering principles for coaxial cable communications products and systems. 2. Performs RF amplifier circuit design, including RF components selection, link budget, schematic design and RF link simulation . 3. Solve problems in the RF development process to ensure that the RF performance meets product requirements, Investigates and troubleshooting on prototypes and knows the latest about RF/systems development. 4. Research new Docsis technologies & Sustain legacy RF products.
Required Qualifications and Experience for Consideration
1. Minimum BSEE with 5+ years of relevant experience in RF hardware design. 2. Must have experience in all aspects of hardware design including schematics capture, PCB layout constraint, S parameter debugging, Spectrum analysis. 3. Experience in simulation tool application, such as ADS, HFSS, etc. 4. Knowledge of communication systems, RF circuits, microwave technology. 5. Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills. 6. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable results. 7. Proficiency in English both of written and communication skill 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
