主要职责 Main Task
1. To lead/support technical projects and process implementation of liquid coating technology under the supervision of line manager.
2. Engineering and optimization of existing liquid coating in Operations
3. To collect and escalate the information from Operations as the input of new project or improvement.
4. To support regional / global Operations for liquid coating trouble shooting. Regional and global process technology support (oversea travelling possible).
5. Support liquid coating production for yield improvement and cost saving projects
6. To lead collaboration with universities and test institutes to support the advanced analytical service.
7. Support OPS Book Coating Section.
任职资格 Qualification
1.Master or above,engineering related Prefer Chemistry, Chemical or Polymer engineering.
2.More than 3 years of experience in a similar position (Foreign company is a plus).
3.Polymer chemistry, statistics skill, material characterization knowledge and skills
4.Loyalty, honest, self-motivation, team work spirit
5.Good English communication skills, oversea travelling.
