The Quality in Sourcing Manager is to qualify and support suppliers in the country to meet Danone quality standard and business needs. He/She will manage suppliers under specific category, lead quality SQN fixing from local and oversea supply points, drive continuous improvement under defined significant direction. Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct qualification audit, maintenance audit, and technical visit according to global guideline; 2. Identify key focus area according to business needs; 3. Fully understand local/global supply points needs, and conduct necessary quality improvement to prevent non-conformities; 4. Enabler to key COVI projects while secure critical quality and food safety requirements. Competency Requirements Functional competencies: 1. QFS License to Operate: category GB, quality standards, GMP requirements 2. QFS management: FSSC22000, ISO9001, ISO17025 understanding preferred; 3. Quality as part of business: understanding on supplier relationship management; 4. Auditing skill; 5. Category process / technology knowledge of different food materials / packaging. 6. External and internal communication, stakeholder engagement. Able to engage with suppliers at different level. Leadership competencies: 1. Technical leadership, drive for improvement. 2. Effective communication, and timely response. Position requirement / Critical experience 1. QFS management in Dairy, Yogurt, Plant Base, infant milk, preferably SQM roles, familiar with food safety standards, Danone processes and how materials could impact our quality. 2. External communication and strong leadership. 3. Bachelor degree 4. Fluent in English
