Manager Supply Chain & Sourcing Job Responsibilities 1. Overseeing all client PO process, status, contact with clients for overall follow up, maintain client relationship, problem solving. 2. Team management, provide advice and guidance to merchandisers, train new team members, specially in Guanzhou office. 3. Guide Chinese Merchandiser with responsibility for Bangladesh production follow up. 4. Supplier sourcing Garment and Fabrics & procurement , 5. Supplier review & selection, supplier risk & credit assessment 6. Supplier management, maintain the relationship with suppliers to ensure suppliers proceed orders on time, with required quality and quantity. 7. Quality control, work closely with quality control team to ensure order quality. 8. Host clients on professional way during their visit to China
Job requirements 1. Bachelor or above in textile & clothing or related discipline 2. No less than 10 years’ practical experience in garment export business, at least 5 years similar management experience. 3. Depth knowledge in garment, fabrics, accessories. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. 5. Strong problem-solving techniques, analytical skills, pro-active approach, good negotiation skills, 6. High sense of responsibility, mature, organized, self-motivated, and detail-orientated, 7. Able to frequent travel, not only within China but also to other countries like Bangladesh to visit clients & suppliers.
