Market Analysis & Strategy Development: o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities o Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and plans to maximize sales and market share. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Marketing) to align sales efforts with company objectives and customer requirements.
2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: o Prospect and identify new accounts, leveraging various sales channels and networking opportunities. o Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry. o Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.
3. Sales Execution & Negotiation: o Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing structures to potential and existing customers. o Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. o Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Product Knowledge & Education: o Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, features, and benefits of our condiment range. o Educate customers on product usage, applications, and advantages over competitors. o Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure optimal product performance and satisfaction.
5. Order Management & Logistics Coordination: o Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery of products. o Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize delivery schedules. o Handle any customer inquiries or complaints related to orders, deliveries, or product quality.
6. Performance Reporting & Analysis: o Regularly track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management. o Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them. o Participate in sales forecasting and budget planning processes.
