岗位职责: - Sales Tasks 61 Implement the operative pricing policy, sales plan for customers. 61 Collect and anticipate customer’s needs and communicate with sales lead and business organization for business plan update. 61 Develop and implement account strategies with the support of sales lead. 61 Assist to negotiate term contract with customers. 61 Maintain / expand market share, build up and maintain long term partnership with customer, monitor and push back competitor’s action. 61 Secure payment, renew customer’s financial situation, control credit term. 61 Training customers, distributors in terms of HSE and technical supporting. 61 Cooperate with supply chain team to figure the optimized logistic schedule. 61 Key account management to enhance long term strategic partnership, initiate customer value proposition based on the customer’s needs and pain points to gain support from customer. 61 Distributor management in line with BASF compliance rules. 61 Identify new business opportunity for business growth, collaborate with customers to drive and track the progress - Customer and Business Event 61 Support the BASF customer events. Act as the primary contact point for the responsible customers to enable customers to successfully participate in the event. 61 Coordinate with targeted customers for the preparation of management dialogue in industry conference (i.e. APIC, CCF). - Joint targets with internal counterparts 61 Support marketing to develop the product strategy, propose annual Business Plan, contract renewal proposal, optimize the distributor selection, and address the short-term business tactics with sales lead together. 61 Work with supply chain to improve the logistic efficiency, optimize inventory management in terminal tank, review the cost to serve and define the areas of cost optimization with sales lead together. 61 Support the transformation of business models (i.e. e-commerce, digitalization).
任职要求: Requirements: - Bachelor’s in chemistry / Industrial & Applied Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related area - Good verbal and written English skills - Strong business acumen - Good problem-solving skills - Able to travel frequently (30%-50%) - Basic IT-capabilities (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.) - Minimum of 8 years of sales or marketing experience in the chemicals industry is a must, with a focus on liquid commodity is preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of multi-national company working experience is a must. - Strong capability of key account and distributor management. - Experience in project or marketing is preferred. - Experience in JV asset management is preferred.
