主要工作职责：
-Responsible for the daily management of departments including production, raw material receipt, warehousing, and finished good delivery;
-Responsible for EHS, quality, efficiency, and cost management, as well as production process management;
-Responsible for the maintenance of SAP and production systems, and handling system issues;
-Responsible for operators’ management and training, data analysis, and performance evaluation;
-Handling and fixing problems of robots and human errors;
-Editing related SOP/documents;
-Ensuring consistency between system and physical inventory, handling expired and scrap raw materials;
-Guiding continuous improvement in department;
-Leading the team to achieve departmental KPI;

1.负责部门包括生产，原料收货，仓储，成品发货的日常管理；
2.负责部门安全，质量，效率与成本管理，生产过程管理；
3.负责SAP和操作系统维护管理，异常处理；
4.负责部门人员管理与培训，生产数据统计分析，绩效评价；
5.机器异常及过程异常处理与报告；
6.部门标准文件编写；
7.保证原料帐物一致，处理过期与报废物料；
8.引导部门进行持续改善；
9.引领团队，达成部门KPI；

任职要求：
-Associate degree or higher, majoring in chemical engineering or electromechanical automation;
-More than 5 years of work experience in the chemical or fast-moving consumer goods industry, at least 2 years of management experience as a production supervisor; experience in foreign enterprises is preferred;
-Excellent team management and continuous improvement abilities;
-Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills;
-Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English;

1.本科学历，化工或机电自动化类专业；
2.具有5年以上化工，快消行业工作经验，2年以上生产主管以上管理经验，有外企工作经验为佳；
3.优秀的团队管理能力和持续改善能力, 熟悉精益生产管理；
4.具有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力；
5.英语读说写良好。
