Position Responsibilities
1. Take part in the new product development meetings and work closely with our PI team to obtain knowledge of key quality criteria and quality concerns related to new products during development.
2. Work with suppliers to draft quality planning, process flow chart, work instructions, PFMEA, IQC/IPQC/OQC plans to make sure quality planning documents covers all critical to quality points.
3. Audit trial run/sales sample production event, release report, issue action list, and support suppliers to correct/improve quality control before *** mass production.
4. Assist with reviewing the new product specifications to assure key quality callouts are listed.
5. Conduct on-site inspection and release inspection reports when needed, and support inspectors to make sure only release good quality products.
6. Review the DPPM on a monthly basis with suppliers who are not meeting their goals. Conduct on site process audits to motivate supplier improvement.
7. When customer complaints are raised the QE works with the factory to facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning using various quality tools. (8D/5 Why/5W2H)
8. Work with suppliers on product and process quality improvements. This includes working with supplier & subcontractors, analysis, parts measurement, training, project management and related activities.
9. Create/update inspection procedures, design forms for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data; writes instructions on use of forms.
10. Support manager to arrange third party testing and factory auditing for various regulatory and compliance requirements (children’s product, WMT testing, CE testing for Europe, etc.), follow up corrective/improvement actions with the factories.
11. Under general supervision, plans, conducts, assigns, and/or monitors assignments, including reviewing the progress and evaluating the results of assigned work.
职位职责

5. 进行现场检验，必要时出具检验报告，并协助检验员确保只放行质量好的产品。
6. 每月与未达到目标的供应商一起审核DPPM。进行现场过程审核以激励供应商改进。
7. 当客户提出投诉时，QE与工厂合作，利用各种质量工具促进根本原因分析和纠正措施计划。(8D / 5WHY/ 5 W2H)
8. 与供应商一起改进产品和工艺质量。这包括与供应商和分包商合作，分析，零件测量，培训，项目管理和相关活动。
9. 创建/更新检验程序，设计记录、评估和报告质量和可靠性数据的表格；编写关于表格使用的说明。
10. 协助经理安排第三方测试和工厂审核各种法规和合规要求（儿童产品，WMT测试，欧洲CE测试等），跟踪工厂的纠正/改进行动。
11. 在总监督下，计划、执行、分配和/或监控任务，包括审查进度和评估分配工作的结果。
Required Experience
1. Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quality Engineering or related.
2. At least Seven (7) years quality engineer related experience. Experiences in supplier quality improvement and management.
3. Working knowledge of injection, assembly, painting is preferred.
4. Very good communication skills, able to communicate in oral and written English. CET-6 certificate will be an advantage.
5. Good analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Have quality management knowledge of MSA, Control plan, PFMEA, APQP, SPC, 8D etc.
6. Experience in fishing rod/ reel/ bait, electrical product, tools is preferred.
7. Understand Process audit skills, Quality Management System (ISO9001, youth products management or regulations) will be an advantage.
8. Multi-task under pressure.
9. Proactive, self-motivated and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives.
10. Culturally sensitive and be able to travel and join night calls.
11. Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft office, Power Point.
12. Travel Required: 30-50%
任职要求：
1. 机械/电气/质量工程或相关专业毕业。
2. 7年以上质量工程师相关工作经验。有供应商质量改进和管理经验。
3. 有注塑、装配、涂装工作经验者优先。
4. 良好的沟通能力，能用英语进行口头和书面交流。大学英语六级证书优先考虑。
5. 良好的分析思维和解决问题的能力。具备MSA， Control plan， PFMEA， APQP， SPC， 8D等质量管理知识。
6. 有钓竿/渔轮/鱼饵经验者优先。
7. 了解过程审核技能，质量管理体系（ISO9001等法规）优先考虑。
8. 在压力下处理多项任务。
9. 积极主动，自我激励和创造性地寻找实现公司目标的方法。
10. 具有文化敏感性，能够出差和参加夜班工作。
11. 熟练使用办公软件
12. 出差要求：30-50%，在广东省内珠三角地区出差
