Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement the company's sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets 2. Actively seek new customers and explore different channels to expand the customer base 3. Collaborate closely with internal teams to share sales leads and market information for generating more sales opportunities 4. Monitor market trends, understand competitor actions, and provide feedback on market intelligence and strategies 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer issues 6. Analyze sales data and provide recommendations and plans for improving sales strategies 7. Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts to report sales performance and trends to management
Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in international freight and Logistics. 2. CET 4 or above will be given a priority 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with customers at various levels 4. Adaptability to change, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 5. Reliable, Honest, Team-player 6. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
