Job Summary To be responsible for managing, developing and operating multiple E-commerce platforms for the company. Job Duties and Responsibilities 1. Assist E-commerce Manager to manage E-commerce A&P budget to maximize profitability 2. Lead a small team to ensure the delivery of accurate web content in a timely manner 3. Formulate and implement holistic digital marketing programs to maximize sales, achieve desirable brand image and meet business objectives. 4. Handle program and campaign launches which include but not limited to, Banner, Web-page design, EDM campaigns, Search engine, Social Media Marketing, and other leads 5. Plan out the website update schedule and prepare design briefs for graphic designer to produce on-brand graphics 6. Work closely with the product buying team to prepare for key retail seasonal cycles – season launches, sale and promotions 7. Partner with marketing team to formulate digital marketing plan to improve website traffic and conversion rate 8. Liaise with warehouse and 3rd party partner to ensure the delivery standard is met 9. Partner with customer service team to provide and maintain excellent customer and after-sales service 10. Utilize site metrics tracking tools to generate business intelligence reports for performance evaluation Requirements 1. Degree holder preferably in E-Business / Marketing or other related disciplines 2. At least 4 year of relevant experience in SEM, SEO, affiliates marketing, email marketing, displayed advertising, and social media and any other ROI driven media programs for E-commerce sites 3. Customer centric with strong commitment to achieve sales target 4. Well organized, efficient and ability to work independently 5. Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills 6. Able to work multi-tasks under pressure and deliver on schedule 7. Experience in using Magento is an advantage
