Responsibilities: 61Manage the Day to day activities of the Finance function 61Oversee the company’s accounting system and maintain accurate records and financial documentation, ensuring compliance to company laws and accounting practices 61Manage the general ledger and ensure that the sales and purchase invoices are provided in a timely and accurate manner 61Manage and review of AP and AR aging report on a weekly basis 61Prepare cash flow forecast on a weekly basis 61Prepare on time and accurate P&L and Balance Sheet for both the PRC and the HK entities on a monthly basis and timely analysis of company performance 61Involve in costings and margin analysis as and when required 61Prepare Tax reporting according to Tax laws for both PRC and HK on a yearly basis in an accurate and timely manner 61Create financial models to assist the CFO and CEO in business planning and AOP 61Develop Finance procedures so the team can provide the relevant information effectively and efficiently to facilitate a timely, accurate and professional finance function 61Assist in the development of company governance policies, processes to ensure that finance function is running compliantly and smoothly 61Assist in the setting of the AOP and control expenses against budget 61Assist in all other Finance and Admin related activities to facilitate smooth operations 61First point of contact to stakeholders including Fesco, Banks, Tax authorities and other Finance related matters 61Application of Credit Checks, Credit Insurance, Factoring, Bank Loans, Government subsidies as needed 61Participation of quarterly stock take 61Any other relevant duties as directed by the CFO and CEO Qualifications: 61Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting & Finance. 61Chartered Account or CPA equivalent 615-7 years of relevant work experience, MNC or Brands or Consumer Product Trading companies experience preferred 61Possess handson knowledge and experience and ability in compiling full books 61Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders 61Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines 61Able to coordinate and work closely with other colleagues and a team worker 61Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to adapt and respond to changes quickly 61Proficient in using office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite 61Proficient in using accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Zero 61Fluent in English (CET6), with good written and oral expression 61Daily English communication is preferred 61Work location: Guangzhou 61Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM 61Some travelling required
