Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer / Product Engineer to oversee product quality and safety assessments. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet user standards and expectations, conducting rigorous testing and providing valuable feedback for product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
●Assess products against user standards and expectations through comprehensive sample evaluations.
通过全面的样品评估，根据用户标准和期望评估产品。
●Conduct product reliability and safety testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
进行产品可靠性和安全性测试，以确保符合行业标准。
●Capture high-quality sample pictures and assembly documentation for filing and IM work.
拍摄高质量的样品照片和装配文件，用于存档和产品信息工作。
●Utilize the RAG system to categorize products as Critical, Major, or Minor based on sample assessment outcomes.
使用 RAG 系统根据样品评估结果将产品分类为关键、主要或次要。
●Compile detailed sample assessment reports and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders.
编写详细的样品评估报告，并将结果传达给相关人员。
●Provide feedback to factories regarding assessment results and suggest product improvements.
向工厂反馈评估结果并提出产品改进建议。
●Maintain test equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
维护测试设备，确保其校准并正常运行。
●Perform Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) for product lines based in Guangdong during low seasons.
在淡季为位于广东的产品线进行出货前检查 (PSI)。
●Conduct root cause analysis for product quality issues and collaborate with suppliers on Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
对产品质量问题进行根本原因分析，并与供应商合作制定纠正行动计划 (CAP)。
●Manage documentation related to product assessments and quality processes.
管理与产品评估和质量流程相关的文件。
●Ensure close adherence to supplier manuals on New Product Development (NPD) and quality standards.
确保严格遵守供应商的新品开发 (NPD) 手册和质量标准。
Desired Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
●Strong command of spoken and written English.
优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力。
●Experience working with electrical appliances; experience with DIY goods is a bonus (particularly in kitchen and climate products).
具有电器工作经验；有 DIY 产品经验者优先（尤其是厨房和气候产品）。
●Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is desirable.

●Experience with Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).

●Photography skills for capturing product samples effectively.

●Valid driving license with access to a car.

●Familiarity with the New Product Development (NPD) process.
