岗位职责：
1. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for the region, and achieve the sales targets. 制定本区域的年度、季度和月度计划，并完成销售目标;
2.Be responsible for recruiting and developing new dealers in blank markets and designated areas within the region, follow up the status of new store’s construction, check and finalize of new store acceptance, and completing initial stock purchases. 负责本区域空白市场及指定区域新经销商招募与开发、新店建设、店面验收、完成首批进货等工作;
3. Manage the daily operations of dealers in the designated region, including: achieving sales targets, collecting orders, sharing company notifications and market materials, executing and providing feedback on promotional activities, guiding store operations、dealer media communication and market promotions, managing online authorized retailers (if any), and handling and following up on urgent business matters. 负责所辖区域经销商日常业务管理，包括：销售目标达成、订单搜集整理、公司通知市场资料等发送与分享、促销活动的执行与反馈、店面日常管理、经销商媒体传播及市场促销、线上授权店日常管理（如有）、紧急业务事项的处理与跟进等；
4. Coordinate with the company to implement various brand and marketing promotion activities in the designed market. 配合公司各项品牌及市场推广活动在本地市场的落地执行；
5.Collect information on market dynamics and product promotional activities of competitors and provide timely feedback to the company. 搜集竞争品牌市场动态、产品促销活动等信息，及时反馈至公司；
6.Analyze and provide guidance to dealers within the region on a monthly and quarterly basis to improve their operational level. 每月度、季度对区域内所辖经销商运营情况进行分析与指导，提升所辖区域经销商的运营水平；
职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.本科或以上学历；
2. Have over 5 years of experience in channel management within industries such as automotive and outdoor sports equipment, with priority given to those with experience in the motorcycle and motorcycle equipment industry. 5年以上汽车、户外运动用品等行业渠道管理经验，具备摩托车及摩托车装备行业经验者优先；
3. Possess strong communication skills, be able to adapt to different communication and collaboration scenarios. 沟通能力强，可应对不同的沟通协作场景；
4. Be highly motivated, self-driven, and able to complete tasks in stressful environments with enthusiasm. 工作热情高、能够自我驱动、并在压力环境下完成工作
5. Be Able to use English as a basic work tool.具备一定的英文基础.
