Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Executive Manager, Stables (CRC) to work closely with Racing Registry, Transportation, Veterinary Surgeons, Security and concerned China officials to arrange logistics and administration preparation work of cross-border horse movement and follow the quarantine protocol.
2. Assist Executive Manager, Stables (CRC) to ensure the safe arrival and departure for all imports and exports of horses as scheduled and cross-border horse movements in a timely manner.
3. Work with Executive Manager, Stables (CRC) to communicate with Dual Site stables and CRC Store or other related teams in fodder & bedding stock up, changes, and support Saddleries & consumables items sourcing, quality control…etc related matters.
4. Work with Executive Manager, Stables (CRC) together to allocate Work riders according to actual needs of the Trainers.
5. Work with Stables Manager (Safety) to ensure the Spelling station / Paddocks are kept in a clean and safe environment and other related facilities are up to Club’s standard for the users. Also, provide support to Stables Management and Veterinary Department any incidents investigation.
6. Work with Stables Manager (Safety) to ensure Equine Swimming pool & Aqua Walker in good condition and up to the Club’s standard and fulfill the requirement for the user.
7. Work with Executive Manager, Stables (CRC) & Stables Manager (Administration) together to control expenditure by initiating operational areas where costs can be reduced.
8. Work with Stables Manager (Administration) to prepare monthly CRC Stables report and attend morning track works, support visits and other related business.
9. Undertake other duties assigned by Executive Manager, Stables (CRC) or his delegate.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of solid & practical Equine industry working experience 3 years or above
2. Interesting in the sport of horse racing
3. University degree in Operations Management or other discipline
4. Experience in working with PRC staff and managing, motivating group of labourers
5. Experience in working with China government officials is an advantage
6. Knowledge in Property management is an advantage
