工作内容: 1.熟练处理出口业务的操作和文件,船公司订舱, 文件,开具账单,安排付款等事宜。 2.及时发到货通知等文件给国外,如果海外分公司有问题需要协作帮忙处理。 3.严格执行相关的SOP和客户的一些特殊要求。 4.及时汇报任何异常或失误事件。 5.根据KPI及时准确地更新系统数据。 应聘要求: 1.大专以上学历,能进行普通的英语书面和口语交流。英语四级或以上优先。 2.至少2-3年的货代行业的操作和文件经验,有美线操作实际经验者优先。 3.熟悉并且有实际操作海运进出口经验者优先. 4.有积极的心态和工作态度,乐意接受任何工作变动和新事物。 5.有良好的沟通技巧和客户服务意识。 6.具有团队合作精神,并能在压力下工作 7. 有志于在对货运代理行业发展 Job Description: 1. Deal with daily operations and documentations on export shipments, especially for Vessel booking, issue billing and settle payment with carriers. 2. Send pre-alert / arrival notice docs to oversea office / customers and conciliate with them to handle any problems if any. 3. Follow procedure as per SOP and other specified customers requirements. 4. Report service failure and exceptions case. 5. Ensure data quality to match KPI Requirements & Qualifications: 1. College graduate & have a good English writing & speaking. CET-4 or above level is preferred. 2.At least 2-3 year shipping experience and knowledge is a must,candidate with experience of US trade operation and documents will be taken as priority. 3.
